SLAVER SHIP HEAVILY DAMAGED IN FIRE
DRAMATIC RESCUE OF ONE SLAVE ON BOARD

Though the fire has been quenched, the smoltering embers that was once the ship of the slavers now lies in the dock by the slaver camp. The explosion, which was apparently caused by what appears to have been a compound of saltpeter, sulfur, and carbon, seems to have caused extensive damage to the slaver ship and dock. it is only by a micracle that it did not spread to the slaver camp. Had not for the actions of Selena and Lady Enigma's cries of "fire" no one would have arrived to put out the fire and it might have spread.

Slavers and many other Ireem Residents worked to fight the fire which if it had spread may have reached the city.

It was the Knight Seraf and Selena who bravely rescued the unconscious Delvin from the ship, who had only suffered from burns to her hands, which were treated immediately by the Healer Lady Kerrina. It is believed that it was this slave that set fire to the ship though many believe that she had to have assistance in obtaining the compounds needed to do such a deed. Reports too have come in from anonymous sources that Chris of the Bedu was seen purchasing these same items from an Asian peddler only days earlier. Late last night a guard on the late night watch in the city had spotted Devlin and Chris in the far corner of Ireem. While he could not hear what they discussed he saw the Bedu hand her a wrapped package.

One slaver was heard muttering afterwards "Me Ship Me poor poor Ship"

Somebody needs to pay for this outrage! Since when did Bedu attack Slavers.. It's kind of suspicious that the knight Seraf was seen surveying the ship two days before...This is not over!
