Ugh... so I awake to find the mer-caves covered in what seem to be something that must have been regurgitated by Lord Cthulhu. I mean, where else would such horrid decorations have come from? Such tattered rags don't look fit to dress the most horrid of deceased bodies, let alone the once beautiful mer caves...

Regardless, I shall plan a vast burning and cleansing to rid the caves of the items... sacrifice to Lord Cthulhu to curse the real person or people responsible... (Or at least de-rezz everything... )

Ugh... who ever put these things up here clearly hasn't washed for days?! It smells of rum, shame... and I think... dead bodies?

If anyone has any idea where these unsightly rags came from, please send the story to the chronicles? There might be a reward, depending how good the story is and if you can prove it.

If nothing comes in I will assume it was something spat up from Lord Cthulhu. The Lord of the deep seas must be mysterious indeed... but he really needs to stop swallowing pirate ships! Doesn't he know that stuff will give him heart burn?

The Spinning Siren Mystery

Some of you might have noticed a Spinning Siren in our midst.

She sometimes spins in a charm in front of the goddess Lalita on the Eventus Island. She has been sighted elsewhere in KoS too.

What seems specially strange is that she is attired as a pirate. Is she a pirate? Or is she a Mer?

A L$ 1500 and $G 1000 reward have been placed on the one who finds out WHO has placed the charm on the Spinning Siren.

************************************************************

Tyche's (ThistleWisp) Poem: 1st Prize

*Poem to Scare the Bad Spirits of Away, for the Mystic Store Contest*

Embracing my love there is a dark shadow
It surfs silently on the wake of his ship.
It waits to pounce on him as he sleeps,
the light of my heart suddenly dim.

There is not a lost soul like this one,
that ever keeps my restless watch
as I look for my doomed seaward love
on the crest of the waves, in the hold.

As I sing disconsolate for the spirit to go,
a thousand pearls I would pick to gladly give,
as the thousand tears that he drank from me,
to cast this woe well away from my love.

And if his ship suddenly sank,
By Oceanus I'd know that was It.
I would dive into the deepest of abyss
to lie next to my love forever in the dark.

*************************************************************

Julie's (joiry Jie) Poem: 2nd Prize

Little poem to scare bad spirit away
------------------------------------
I know why you're here
I will find a reason for your sleep
..go away!, sigh and sleep...
I know why you're here

I hope the strength and that ruin you
The spirit of your chorus boasts your sorrow body
It is a forgotten dream than your body
I wish the shadow that shines on you

I know why you're here
I will find a reason for your sleep
..go away!, sigh and sleep...
I know why you're here.

Four fingers of my hand on this white wood of your desires...and you sigh.
The siren frees you from violence ...and you sigh.
Four fingers of my hand on this white wood of your desires...and you go.
The siren frees you from violence ...and you go.

I know why you was here
I found a reason for your sleep
..it's all over, sigh and sleep...
You have no more reason to be there.

********************************************************

Lord yaYoo's (yaYoo Pralou)  Poem: another 2nd Prize

Is my experience that
in embracing all of life
especially the bad spirits that come to us
openly inviting them
not succumbing to the fears they try to frighten us with
that they then realize their fear tactic does not work
& then they vanish
& the void they left becomes filled with love
in the space the bad spirit occupied
& you thus become even more strong in love.

So we frighten bad spirits away
by being open & facing the fears they bring forth
making them powerless
& us stronger in love.

*******************************************
Cronus 'The Mad King' Kling's (cronus.kling) Poem: 3rd Prize

The boogie man doing it again, scaring spirits with my lyrics let the show begin, the water levels raise as the tides sweep like a blaze as them bad spirits get to phase, splashing of the waves concealing evil ways as them spirits on the creep crawling all over the streets, here comes the tall blond spitting like a don with a wiggle of his gold its BLING and them spirits are gone, puffing out the hookah as he kicks back getting his shaft massage, hotties lining up to get a chance to touch his big heavy fuselage, so when you see him drop down from the sky to embrace your presence with his divine looks and swagger even when he goes about eating a pie, tell him thanks and give the man a bow, because he saved your ass from the poltergeist haunting thou!

photo undead Faathima and Hora ma_zpspiyfutaa.png

Story by: Znork

Down, at the bottom of a sand hill lay the ruins.  The remains of a probably amazing temple, a place where  people did mystical things. An enriched world with bright people and bright minds. People that believed in a society with clever people, hard working people, And no illness in the world.   But under it, there iss another world. Darkness, blood, smell of death, bloodstains and spiderwebs. A small scream now and then, only to be heard from someone very close. The walls are moist and thick. I have passed the ruins and the entrance to the caves many times. I always feel a bit shiver up my back when I pass. I have even went in there just a bit to have a quick look around... but I still live.

I met a female outside there a bit ago. She looked scary , but I presented myself and told her someone pointed her out as an Undead when I asked them. She hissed at me and licked her lips, obviously struggling about the choice of eating me up or listening to me.
After a few seconds she presented herself as Faathima, an Undead. I managed to ask her for a guided tour of her cave some day, when she wasn't hungry, and maybe a bit tired, and felt good. She agreed to this and told me she would let me know when it was a time where she could meet me.

The day arrived. I met her outside the cave entrance, among the nice ruins. I could see her nose shifting a bit, she probably smelled my human, eatable flesh. To be well prepared for this and to get a chance to buy willingness I had brought a present that I had used days to make. A birdcage with a bloody mat in the bottom and a small skull on the resting pin. I brought it out from behind my back and handed it over, hoping to buy goodwill for a bit.  She looks curiously at it, walks around it and finally she says:

-"oh well, this is a nice gift , another skull for my collection..hmmm doesn't look like a bird , but like a human skull...even better"

I tried to say that it probably was a big bird, but same time I wondered if maybe the spooky guy that sold me the skull near the docks had fooled me. Faathima grabs the cage and tells me to follow her, telling me she will show me her home. She whips away spiderwebs while I for the first time looks around a bit more calmed. Further in and down some stairs I enter a room with a big statue in it. Its a statue of a female sitting, holding a sickle in a hand, like waving it in the air. Around her neck is a chain of skulls, Her eyes are shining and its quite scaring. Faathima points at it and tells me things:

- " and here you see our goddess Hora Ma, goddess of destruction. You should show her some honor and give some of your blood to her" She grabs my wrist and leads me down to the bowl. Then she promise me it wont hurt. I decide to play nicely since its early in the interview and gives a bit of blood to the bowl. It didnt really hurt so I continued.

-  " we torture our prisoners here and feed from them " she says calmly, like it was a daily life to anyone, She then tell me to follow her and after a few kicks on the wall a door opens and she show me into her room in the cave. Its surprisingly light and well decorated. Even has books in a shelf. And the birdcage would fit in nicely I'm thinking to myself.

-" I see you read books too? I didnt think that was in your interest" I say a bit surprised

- " Its just bloody stories really" she answers quickly, and I turn around a bit to hide my grin. I look more strict back at her and fire my first question.

-"How would you describe a typical day for an Undead?"

She looks at me, raises her brow while thinking and smirks:
-" oh well, we actually rest during the day unless some human loose their way into the combs. Then when the moon rises up at midnight, we go to cause bloody mayhem in the city. We love the smell of fresh warm blood and the sweat of fear when they run...well, we go to grab some humans... some of us torture , rape and slaughter them , but recently they hide cowardly and then some rats will do it too. After all we eat them and I collect their bones"

I nods and lifts my head back a bit to try to focus, since all this terrible things she is telling me is like she describes a calm dinner. I continue:

-"You have told me a bit now, but if you summ up:  what would you say is a good thing about being an undead, and a bad thing. if there is any?"

-" Haha,  there is nothing bad about being an Undead. Our knowledge and wisdom of thousand of years made us powerful . We have no human attitudes and we have no mercy , we are hated and feared - and take it as an honor " she answers cheerfully

-" Could you tell a bit about how Undeads were born. How it all started?" I ask to change subject and not go into too deep water.

-" HORA MAAA! where to start ? Well to keep a long story short , we were banned to the catacombs by the humans and since that day we make them pay for all "

I sit back and think about it all. I want ask her more but I see shes getting impatient.  I see her standing up, stretching her back before she tells me:

-" I think it´s time for you to leave or I wouldn't resist to bite your neck right now and here"

I stand up quickly and run out the door the same second she opens it.  I walk fast and run a bit, up the hall, up the stairs. Suddenly I see sun and smell the fresh sandy air. I stop for a second to enjoy it. Looking back a bit and thinking about all this.I decided to go home and eat my cactus soup. Small chance to get a skull in that soup.

photo Knights office pic for Ireem Chronicle_zpsu8mtbmps.png

Story by: Znork

So many times I have passed the knights office in the corner near the city entrance. There is a law book there and, a presumably, very strict guard . But lately when I have had a lager too much after a hot working day in the desert, and become quite drunk, and been walking in a far from straight line.. I haven't gotten arrested. Sometimes I feel lucky, sometimes I miss a bit the entertainment, excitement and fear a talk with a knight can cause. After all ,they are serving the Sultana and protects many people.

Today I met a brave knight with the name Smooth. It's said that he is a very good protector and a fair knight. I met him outside the office and after a short tapping on his own chin, thinking, he invites me into the office. He doesn't have any tea left to serve me,  I guess that's what made him think twice before inviting me in. I step into the office, breath taken of all the posters of criminal people hanging on the wall in there. I stumble a bit, but manage to sit down in a chair, On the other side of the desk the knight is seated in his nice. white knight clothing

I nod to him then looks around a bit and starts asking him
-" Could you please tell me the ground purpose of having knights in the city and how it is to be a knight?"

He looks a bit in deep thoughts but his response comes fast

- "The knights were established as protectors for the Sultan. He had produced a special army in war to protect him and win the battle. After the wars were over he tasked them with the safe keeping of his fair city, protecting the inhabitants and keeping the laws. The palace has a special guard, the Royal Guards that protect them. We are of course allied and sworn to protect the Sultana. But or duties mostly in the city."

I nod to the answer and Im fascinated that the history behind it is presented so precise and fast. There must be proud feelings in being a knight. I continue to ask

- "About the laws here, is it really so that one is guilty till proven innocent here? In that case that means you really have a lot of power?"

- "Yes, presumed guilty until they can prove they are innocent" laughs "This is not some strange western place where people can just be innocent"

- "But not really a problem? People trust you and behave in your present?" I ask very curious

-  "Of course since this is the case there are those that like to make false claims against the knights and offer bribes. But no knights I have under me would dare take or act in such ways.Even with the face of punishment, many still break the laws."

I nod and state that its good to hear. Telling him that makes people like me feel safer
Smooth leans forward looking a bit more serious "I've been a knight longer than most have even been in Ireem. I live my life to the code of the ancient knights." I nod again and then I get curious about details and daily life for a knight:

- "But what is a new knight's day like? What is typical? What are orders like?Is it to go arrest someone? Or investigate maybe? or just be a guard?" The questions just pops out of me like after a bad camel stew dinner

-"Well they would start by signing in to work and checking the boards for crimes and such. Then go about the city to patrol for danger, help those that may request it and be on the look out for the ones in the list there. They may be called to testify at a trial or bring captured criminals to the trial."

I knock my head with the quill pen and suddenly it spills ink all over my pants.. I swear quietly but manage to wipe it off a bit with some papers laying there. I saw some names and a drawing of a person on the paper.. but as the knight was tapping his chin and looking thoughtfully out in the air I managed to sneak the papers back in a stable. Relieved I ask a bit more:

- " What is the best thing about being a knight. and what is the bad part?"
- "Well that is the thing. You get to meet lots of people so that is one of the best parts, on the other hand it can be very lonely as a knight. But the friendship between knights is a good and warm one. It is not the same os in other groups, they tend to be family, here we are a family with one job and purpose"
I look over my scroll and tries to read the words between the ink spots, suddenly I remember one thing:
- "Do you have to be very good to fight to become a knight or do you have special training for those who wants?"
-"We can train but you dont even have to fight. There are fighters and  prosecutors"
I nod and tells him that I think its just important to write in case people come new here and wants to be a knight.

After asking the knight all these questions he also takes me down to look at the jail in the basement
It looks terribly small and smells a bit rotten but not as bad as I thought it would.
He shows me the two cells and tells me they clean it and that prisoners mostly aren't kept here for more then a day. They have a dungeon another place for longer detentions. But that is not a place they clean often. I'm thinking that it might stink, maybe smell a bit undead-ish, but I would never say that loud. Suddenly we hear someone cry and the knight Smooth tells me he has to run to look what is happening. I rush after him to not get stuck in this prison. I just manage to escape from the office too before the guard lowers his sword to prevent people entering.. or leaving. I suddenly stand outside and wipe my forehead. What a dramatic end of an interview. I guess a knights day can be full of action. Maybe I should become one....

Symbolism

When you dream , you dream in symbols. The symbols are common to all people, and represent different emotions or situations.

Subconscious

These symbols we find in tarot Death, which many think is very scary, in effect means that there must be a dramatic change in your life.

Coincidences

But it is not a coincidence which cards popping up then? Well ... What is coincidence really? Fate? That all cards have an equal chance to emerge statistically? Why is it then that if you ask the same question again (which you should not do), so it is often the same cards that pop up? Is it coincidence that you in exactly this time asking this question, I decks cards so exactly these cards were present in this order? Some call this synchronicity theory. If you ask me, so I ask you.

logic

People are amazed that all voices when I predict them, and whoever gets most astounded is myself. I actually think it's absolutely crazy, and I have no logical explanation for what is happening.

But if I can help others through tarot, it answers well enough for me.

So there are many amazing tarot spreads, can not count on it.
*you can search about tarot cards if you are interested *

Here are the spreads I provide:

-3 cards (past/present and future)

-Horse shoe (past/present situation/hidden influences/obstacles/house/actions/ and outcome)

And The Celtic Cross is probably the oldest and most popular pattern for reading the tarot.
It has survived so long because the layout of the cards is simple, but powerful.

Celtic cross ( present/The immediate challenge facing the querent/distant past/ recent past/The best that can be achieved/ immediate future/ factors or inner feelings/external influences/hopes or fears around the situation/ Final outcome.

Exciting?

My prize  150 L for : Celtic cross
               100L  for : Horse Shoe

               3 cards are 50 G

photo djinn realm pic for Ireem Chronicle_zpsrt6pokqp.png

Article by: Znork

I haven been walking around in the city for a while now. Ive seen so many people and creatures. Many times I just had to stop and look closer at the fascinating things. The Djinn are a class here in Ireem that you can never really know or predict how they will  look, live or act.

One time I met a djinn named Mystry in the city and asked him what a djinn really was.

- "a djinn is a magical creature created from the elements" he said " they try to keep mortals alive and most of them are healers too".
I have been thinking about this in the back of my head and been watching too. Maybe he was right. On the other hand, I have seen Djinn doing not so nice things too.

Another lady named Dusty told me  something too:
- "If I were Djinn, I would choose Earth to command, There is little water here, and we do not need fire as it is always warm... Earth we have much of, since all the sand is earth.Command the earth and one commands the sands"

It really sounded like wise words. I still wasn't quite sure what she really meant, but after a bit of thinking I started guessing.. maybe she meant that Djinn have control over the elements earth, water, air and fire. And maybe they had to choose one part each to focus on?

A day and a week passed and finally I set my mind to do a thing we Bedouin sometimes are accused to do too seldom, taking a swim in the river and even use soap to remove the camel and goat scent.  As I was floating around there, near a dock, a lovely looking lady with a oil lamp on top of her head walked over to me and greeted me. It didn't take me long to understand she was a Djinn, the way she looked, and her nice and friendly regard. I greeted her back and presented myself. Her name was Kikikrissy, or Kikki as she told me to nickname her.  I asked her if she wanted to swim, but she said no thanks, she was on her way home. She showed me a magic stone right there at the dock next to me, and explained to me that touching it would send me into their realm in the sky. This was a bit shocking to me, but certainly explained the power these people had over elements when being able to make such stone. She simply invited me, and I always have a hard time accepting a lady's invitation. I smiled and smacked the stone with flat hand.

I entered a realm, it was like the inside of a globe  with golden buildings, fire, grass on the ground, high up in the air surrounded by water clouds. It was an fabulous site.

-  "And here you have it...the infamous Djinn realm, where we come to hide from the city and get away, " Kiki said doing a grand bow and a smile. She was fast to show me a golden prisoner cage, but quickly added she had never used it but she held the  possibility open.  I smiled and was curious about it all so I started asking her questions

- " If I have understood it right the Djinns are in control of the four elements water, fire, earth and air. Is it so that you in a way specialize in one of these elements? or maybe a favorite?" I asked, still looking around at the amazing place

- " I cant answer for other Djinn, but I myself like fire and light, but its very complex. I think they all choose what they like" she answered enthusiastically

- " What is this place for? Is it so that you live here, sleep here, have meetings here and even have prisoners here?" I asked smiling while looking at the cute little oil lamp balancing nicely on her head

- "Yes, that is correct but sometimes I sleep in a rented room in the city too" she explains.

I am thinking about that, thinking that maybe it can be hard to find the stone that brings her up here in the dark. Especially maybe after a party or things like that.

- "What would you say is the best thing about being a Djinn?" I continued asking

- "Well i get to keep an ageless beauty and i live a lot longer then humans" she tells me while laughing " I like healing people as well that's one of my favorite things too" she continues
- "And what would you say is the worst thing about being a Djinn?"
- "Hmmmm, I am not sure. Oh people wanna put you in a lamp or bottle..... that's the worst thing.... and they try to control you" she answered, bringing me into thoughts I had never had before.

Suddenly I became aware that another beautiful lady had entered the realm and was regarded cheerfully by Kiki, waving.
" I couldnt help hearing you talk" said the lady " my name is Vero."

- " Well I'm interested in hearing your opinion too," I said with a smile, and prepared the pen and the scroll

- "We are raw energy and power, we are the strongest individuals when it comes to both innate powers and mind abilities.

Each Djinn is intrinsically unique, we all are very complex and loyal creatures, scary for those who cross a Djinn I suppose, specially if you are humanand of course. I could go on and on about all the beautiful and good things about the Djinn, which include kindness and selflessness... though is rare, some Djinn are capable of noble emotions and action, then there are the bad...

that's to me a good thing. The bad thing is that we have drifted apart from our idiosyncrasies, of our purpose and our goal as a race has been lost in the mud of greed, self-gain and the bad memory of some we are no longer a family, we are individuals with a common place to reside but our power and people does not seek the same goal... the young do not know of our past and do not even acknowledge that we can here for a reason"

I had a hard time writing all the words in her thrilling opinion telling.  After writing it down I looked at it and decided it should be known to others that there are several views and thoughts about Djinn and that Djinn themselves has some individual freedom in a way.

I thanked the ladies for the time. Walked around among the golden buildings a bit, sniffed in the high up thinner air.  Then I found the stone to slap and went down to earth. To the sand, the sun and the heat. Looked around and saw some people running, some screaming, but decided to go back to my room and make myself an apple cinnamon tea and read my notes again. This day had given me a lot of thrills.  Maybe I should sum it all up in a little poem, like

Water, earth, air and fire,
We want to control it, its our desire

I made a new tarot reading for the KOS citizens

Wounded and Taken Care of: A chat with Yayoo

Story by: By Znork

 photo Prince Yayoo in Palace_zpsa8b2l8un.png

I was again wounded by some wild pirates and had to go to the hospital. I felt weak and stumbled closer to the healing bed. Suddenly I hear a friendly voice behind me, telling me he can give me bandage and help, I turned around and saw The noble Prince Yayoo sitting on a pillow in the corner of the hospital. He was calm and gave me a really good bandage. Since I still had to heal a bit I thought this was a perfect time to interview the noble.

- I had no knowledge of how to title a prince so I said carefully: "Sir Prince: How can you describe the palace, the power balance and how it effects people out there? I m thinking about the democracy or steering system"

Yayoo Pralou reflects on this question, for quite some time. I see he is thinking deep
 - "Very interesting question that does come to what the essence of the palace has been through the teachings of the Sultana who was the example of true nobility and grace, and who by example inspired so many here by her wisdom's and noble virtues and also who brought civility and good manners to Ireem.

- Nods, I haven't met the Sultana Zanlu yet but Im sure she is marvelous. But are there attacks on the palace? Maybe people that thinks something is unfair?

I see the Prince lifts his eyebrows and nods, the answer comes quick
- Yes there are attacks on the Palace. Damien and Davey (undeads) have often declared war on Palace and lately also Kaos ( a pirate) has been working with Damien to capture people. To understand their reasons for the attacks it would be better if  you ask them.  From my dealings with pirates, they seem to have a heartless greed for acquiring gold without concern for the damage and horrors they inflicts on others in their lust for power and gold.  I feel it is our task in Palace to help to keep the teachings of our beloved Sultana alive to help keep those greedy power hungry beasts and demons who dwell in the beings of Ireemians from causing havok in Ireem

I nod,agreeing, as I heard this.
- "I have been witnessing some very odd and after many peoples meaning, totally meaningless attacks".

I take a small break and sips some coffee the prince had offered me. Thinking a bit before I serve the next question. I'm thinking about what others said about the palace.
Like the pirate named Mebo who said:
- "the palace is a nice hiding place, and has great guards .."

And the noble man  Xenofon that previously was a palace guard that said:
"The palace is quiet, for the most part we stay seperate from the scuffles of the city. It is not the place to go for adventure, if that is what you seek"

I look at the Prince Yayoo and ask him more:
-"But you have guards and knights. They are directly controlled by nobles and Sultana Zanlu I assume? So if someone declears a warlike behavior at the palace,  you can join the forces together and fight back for balance and teaching?"

After a thoughtfull moment the Prince sips a little coffee and starts to answer

- "... well the attacks from undeads  can be very difficult to understand the motive of - some has even turned in to a deeper form of evil lately - which is beyond reason . .. well yes we have alert and devoted Palace Guards to protect us as they can in the Palace IF the nobles are alert to dangers. However those who wish to cause trouble are very clever and have many techniques for luring Nobles out of Palace to capture them and also use potions and spells if they can't get a Noble out and away from the Guards. Fortunately we have the help of the Knights and Magi and Priests and Bedouins  and Citizens and the Merfolk to help counter and balance these evil forces in Ireem
Most people prefer to live in peace and harmony and not have to be so fearful of attack - so that the shops and business owners and residents can have some sense of security"

I see the answer is done with passion and thoughts. The Prince is concerned and surely concerned about how things are in the city and outside. I take another sip of coffee. looking around at the gold table, the fine pillows and a big board of wise words that the  Prince shows to people that comes to him with questions about life. I ask him

- "Has it always been like this? That its especially pirates and undeads that attacks the palace and noble people?

- "Well yes mostly it has been like this  but also the Dark Knights sometimes have caused problems for Palace folk,  Fortunately we have the help of the Chivalric Legion of Knights and Magi and Ragnar and Folie’s Priests and the Djinns Elementals Clan lead by Mystry and the many good Bedouin Clans and Citizens and the Merfolk to help counter and balance these evil forces in Ireem.

I see the Prince gets a slightly dreamy look in his face. He dreams about good safe times, good deference and I'm sure he like things to be fair.
I suggest a slogan for Ireem to him: " More normal, more fairness"
He nods and smiles, liking my slogan.

I thank him for 12 cups of good coffee and raise my now sleeping but up from the soft golden pillow,  then nod to him, telling him how I appreciate to get to know how the nobles and palace thinks about how it is and how it should be around us.

Gently rubbing my butt I go out to see he view of fighting people, hard working people, and people that wants to be joined in small groups of friends for company and fun. Nods to myself. yes, this is life, just as usual.

 photo Mers not cowards cut_zps6bi88qpe.png

By Znork

I snuck up to the mer caves, a bit nervous, but also excited. The merfolk live by some very nice big built caves with decorations that can make you gasp. Its the seas brightest art. As I approached I heard voices and saw some movements of two mermaids a bit away from me. But being so focused on that pretty sight, I lost balance and stepped with one foot out into the sea. And that was not a lucky thing, my toe got a big cut from a seashell there. I still wouldn't let that stop me from talking to these nice mers. The weird part was that they had a human beside them with his hands in the air, locked in a plank. It was a huge, and strong looking man. This convinces me that these mermaids weren't just pretty, they are strong too.

I saw them loosing the guy from the plank and they sent him off. They greeted me nicely and as planned I could start asking them questions right away. Of course I started with the difficult ones

- What do you feel is good about being a mer? And what is bad for you?
- oh my... what a question.... let me think, if you see smoke put my head in the water" chuckles the lovely mer named Indigo and waves her fingers softly in the air.

- "Oh I'm prepared to soak your head", says the other mer named Siya, and giggles softly.

Indigo smiles and gives me more information - "well... good... let me think... Mer are intelligent, curious, playful... and tied to one of the most beautiful things in the world, the water" then she gets a bit serious looking and says;
"the bad... well the water pulls us so much that we cannot stay on land much, the ocean is so big, it can get lonely when you loose your family in a current"

- "I  like being a mer for the fact that they stay together and always treat each other with respect , never let the other one down, and always there when needed like true family, ... about bad things .... ummm there i have to really think.. i would say i have to agree with indi on that one"
says the nodding Siya and looking at Indigo

I look at the two beauties and think a bit while trying to remember my next question, Suddenly it comes to my mind. Siya looks worried at me and I think she might wonder if I will almost fall into the sea. She looks at my hurt toe and assures me that it will be well very soon.

- "But can you tell me something about the caves? Are there spirits or anything special going on in the caves? Are there someone living there to protect you?"
- "We have many spirits, the one leggers know best is Oceanus, or Neptune/Poseidon, he is the orchestrator of the tides, waves, the world... As for the caves... we must protect ourselves but the water an the beauty of the place renews us" then lowers her voice "

At one point there was an enchantment that no legger could enter or suffer a terrible watery death" grins "But that power has faded". Indigos face looks very dreamy and its seems like she is admiring the things she speaks of while she says this.

She shows me a bit around in the caves, then take me out on a little swim-round. I dive a bit, I see mermaids down there in the sea, and treasures and so many of the fantastic creatures the natures has put in the sea. Visible for the ones who care about life and beauty.

I leave the place with lots of gratitude for the warm welcome and the warm goodbye. "Remember, we are a strong family here, even if it's not so big" Indigo says while waving farewell.
